  I have used them for years. Last year the lawn looked terrible, in fact over the past few years kept getting worse. I switched lawn services this year and it looks much better; however, they keep billing me. They said they automatically renew even if you don't want their services. They are harassing with the constant billing for services I did not order.

  Do not use this company. After I started their service my neighbor told me he cancelled them because they were awful - I should have listened. My lawn had weeds all year long despite their applications. I called to complain several times and was always told "give it a chance to work". I was charged full price even though they never treated my back lawn (my request). The last straw was when they treated during a week of 90 degree temps/no rain. 3 days later my lawn had brown spots all over it. When I called to complain they sent someone out who determined that it was "diseased". Funny that my back lawn which they never treated was fine. My lawn had no brown spots until they treated it in a heatwave. They refused to credit my account. I called again today and they reduced the final bill after my arguing. Pic is me trying to rake/reseed to repair the damaged areas. Next year I am using another service.
